Bliss Hub operates as an ecommerce storefront and order-coordination service for products sourced from third-party sellers, vendors, dropship suppliers, and fulfilment partners.

We may list products, set customer-facing prices, promote offers, receive orders, coordinate with sellers, provide support, and retain a margin, commission, service charge, or price difference. Product ownership, stock, packaging, dispatch, warranties, and fulfilment may depend on the relevant seller or vendor.

Product images, descriptions, sizes, colors, specifications, stock status, delivery estimates, and prices are provided for customer convenience and may be based on seller or vendor information.

We try to keep listings accurate, but minor differences in color, packaging, measurements, accessories, or availability may occur. If an item is unavailable after order placement, Bliss Hub may cancel, replace, or contact the customer for approval of an alternative.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when Bliss Hub confirms the order and product availability. We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders for suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, unreachable customer, high-risk delivery area, or seller refusal.

Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, city, province, full delivery address, and delivery instructions. Bliss Hub is not responsible for delay or failed delivery caused by wrong or incomplete customer information.

Cash on Delivery is currently the primary payment method for product value. The customer pays the payable amount to the courier or delivery representative when the parcel arrives.

Some sellers may apply a COD tax (withholding tax) on Cash on Delivery orders as per FBR regulations. This tax is calculated on the product subtotal (and shipping, if configured by the seller) and is displayed at checkout before order placement. The COD tax rate varies by seller.

Customers may choose to pay in advance to avoid COD tax. When advance payment is selected, our team will contact you with the seller's payment details (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer). After payment confirmation, the order will be dispatched.

If a seller requires delivery charges upfront before dispatch, Bliss Hub may first confirm availability and then request only the delivery fee through Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, or another approved channel. The product amount remains payable by COD unless a different method is clearly agreed.

Seller shipping may be configured as flat rate, always free, free over threshold, tiered by quantity, mixed, or product-specific override. A mixed seller profile means shipping is calculated according to specific product rules or seller exceptions.

Shipping fees, upfront delivery requirements, courier partner, tracking availability, and delivery time may vary by seller, product, quantity, city, province, and courier service. Bliss Hub may show an aggregated customer-facing shipping fee while keeping seller-level breakdowns for admin and fulfilment.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to seller availability checks, courier capacity, weather, public holidays, remote areas, failed contact, address issues, or force majeure.

Customers should inspect parcels at delivery where possible and keep order, tracking, and payment proof for support.

Return or exchange eligibility may vary by product, seller policy, hygiene category, condition, defect claim, and time since delivery. Product-specific notices may apply.

Customers must report wrong, damaged, defective, or missing items promptly through official support channels with order details, photos, video where useful, and packaging evidence. Bliss Hub may coordinate with the seller or courier before approving a remedy.

Customers must use Bliss Hub lawfully, provide truthful information, accept reachable confirmation calls or messages, pay valid COD amounts, and not abuse coupons, returns, chargebacks, courier processes, seller information, or support channels.

Refusing confirmed COD parcels without valid reason may result in order limits, advance payment requirements, or account restrictions.

Sellers and vendors supplying products through Bliss Hub are expected to provide accurate product information, lawful goods, genuine availability, fair shipping terms, proper packaging, and cooperation on complaints, replacements, returns, and courier issues.

Bliss Hub may delist products, disable sellers, adjust listings, cancel orders, or hold settlements where seller information is inaccurate, unlawful, unsafe, misleading, or harmful to customers.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Bliss Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, loss of profit, or losses caused by third-party sellers, couriers, payment providers, internet outages, or customer-provided incorrect information.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable Pakistani law.

Orders and electronic communications through Bliss Hub may be treated as electronic records and communications. These terms should be read with applicable Pakistani laws relating to electronic transactions, consumer protection, cybercrime, ecommerce, tax, and lawful government requests.

Any dispute should first be raised through Bliss Hub support so the issue can be reviewed with the relevant seller, vendor, courier, or payment partner.

Bliss Hub may update these terms, policies, prices, product listings, shipping rules, payment options, and store features from time to time. Updated terms apply when posted unless a different effective date is stated.
