We keep records of COD status, delivery charges, shipping breakdowns, and seller confirmations so orders can be tracked and disputes can be handled.

We keep order, communication, payment, shipping, and support records as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, customer service, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute handling, and legal compliance.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards. No online system is risk-free, so customers should avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for order fulfilment.

Customers may contact Bliss Hub to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information, subject to identity verification, operational needs, order records, and legal retention duties.

Customers may disable cookies in their browser, but some store features may not work correctly without essential cookies.
